I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent customer service I received from you and Coast Spas. When I first entered your storefront I had NO idea what I was looking for, all I knew is that I wanted a new hot tub and some patio furniture, right away I was welcomed with your radiant smile and although I tugged and pulled you all over the store in a state of confusion you managed to remain calm and pleasant while explaining to me the options that were available keeping me focused. After about one (1) hour of your time we struck a deal on a hot tub and furniture and although it was more money then I expected to spend I felt good about the purchase.
The Hot tub was installed professionally as promised and we had been enjoying it for several weeks when we decided to unbox the umbrella we purchased from you, when we opened it up and found some lights didn’t work and a broken bar I called you up and to my surprise again you were very accommodating arranging the warranty return the next day.
I have to admit I am surprised at the level of service received, I also promote this level of support in my organization but never had it reciprocated to this level of satisfaction, now find myself looking for more reasons to return to your storefront with my friends in order to show them where to go for not only hot tubs and related equipment but for excellent customer service, and always a pleasant smile / experience. My wife and I recently purchased an Omega model Coast Spa from your Oshawa outlet. We were welcomed from the moment we entered, were provided some basic information then left alone to browse. When we had a question it was answered immediately and in a manner that we both understood.
We have been searching for a tub with a particular set of parameters and the Omega fit everything we wanted. Nick was our salesman and was very helpful with his information, explanations and advise. We never felt pressured and he went to extra measures to make us feel comfortable. We struck the deal, which he made very attractive for us, and we waited for our first opportunity for “Spa School”. Rob was our next contact at the store and he conducted us through the learning curve of Spa School. Our granddaughter was with us and she is very inquisitive, Rob fielded all of her questions without batting an eye or becoming annoyed. The rest of the Oshawa day staff actually engaged our little Emma in conversations and made her fell just as welcome as we did.
Delivery was arranged and I became familiar with Lara who orchestrated the delivery and set up. There were a couple hiccups with the setup and start up, but a panicked call to Nick by my wife and Lara by me resulted in an immediate correction and we were in the tub the night of the delivery day.
A businesses success depends on quality of product offered and frontline staff as well as the hidden support staff. Your company must be very successful because in our opinion you have all these attributes in one package. We are telling everyone about our experiences and have no problems recommending your company, in particular Oshawa, to those who ask us about the unit. Everyone we interacted with made us feel like we were dealing family.
